About this role
The Office Manager will be the operational anchor for AlphaGrep’s London office, providing day-to-day office operations, executive PA support to the COO/head of London, and coordination for smaller teams in Paris, Amsterdam and Switzerland. The role involves managing logistics such as travel, calendar coordination, vendor relationships, IT workstation setup, and office wellbeing initiatives. Some travel between European offices will be required to support cross-office needs and events.
