Groundworks is seeking an Office Manager to serve as the backbone of daily branch operations for its foundation repair and water management services. This role leads all administrative functions in compliance with standards while supporting business development, customer service, and the management of office staff. The position requires coordinating with Accounting and Human Resources for employee tasks and reporting progress to operational leaders. The successful candidate will help maintain high standards of customer service through reliable resolution of issues.
