Office Manager

The Office Manager leads the Albuquerque office and administrative team, owning daily operations to ensure the legal staff can focus on advocacy. This role involves managing office and facilities operations, supporting HR functions, and coordinating vendors and supplies. The position reports to the Firm Operations Director and directly supervises the Billing Assistant, Administrative Assistant, and File Clerk.
