About this role

An Officer in Business Process Optimization & Operations within the Global Fund’s Grant Management Division supports optimization and integration of the grant lifecycle by ensuring coherent policies, systems, and data flows. The role contributes to project management, process diagnostics and design, systems testing, change management and mainstreaming, and identifies opportunities for automation and AI to improve portfolio management. It works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure streamlined, user-friendly business processes that support the Fund’s mission.
