The Officer, Global Internal Communications at the International Rescue Committee is a strategic writer and communicator responsible for developing high-quality internal content that reflects the organization’s voice and supports consistent messaging across global offices. The role reports to the Director of Internal Communications and partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to connect staff to IRC’s mission, priorities, and values. This position is focused on crafting accessible communications for a multilingual, global staff audience and supporting large-scale internal events and campaigns.
