Officer, Program Technology and Innovation

The Program Technology & Innovation Officer for the IRC’s Resettlement, Asylum & Integration (RAI) department leads the advancement and coordination of digital and web-based initiatives across RAI in the US and Europe. The role supports the department’s learning and impact objectives by centralizing digital efforts, improving knowledge management, and boosting digital literacy for staff and clients. It reports to the Senior Director of Measurement and works closely with technical and programmatic teams to align technology with program goals.
