This role directs, oversees, and coordinates highly complex business and financial analysis for multiple departments within the Agency. The position maintains the Communications Department's operating budget system, oversees standard operating procedures, and leads a team of business analysts. The incumbent provides budget reporting, forecasting, and analysis while advising senior leadership on special projects and process improvements.
