The Officier Psychosociale (Local) at the International Rescue Committee (IRC) is responsible for implementing direct protection and psychosocial support activities for survivors of violence against women and girls, and vulnerable women and girls in the intervention zone. They manage cases, supervise internal and partner psychosocial assistants, mobilize communities, and coordinate with other project sectors.
