About this role
The Community Mobilization Officer supports the IRC's humanitarian presence by leading the community mobilization model to identify, engage and link people in conflict-affected and mobile populations to IRC services. The role works across territories to maintain and expand community access, update humanitarian service mapping, and contribute contextual information to program planning. The position is field-based and supports coordination with local actors and IRC program teams.
