The Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Case Management Officer provides direct case management, individual counseling, and age-appropriate psychosocial group activities in safe spaces for women and children survivors. The role supports development and implementation of individualized action plans, coordinates with community mobilizers and service providers, and contributes to program development and reporting in Norte de Santander.
