OhioRise Care Coordinator Supervisor

The OhioRise Care Coordinator Supervisor leads a team of Care Coordinators to deliver wraparound care coordination for youth with complex behavioral health needs in OhioRISE Catchment Area C. This role focuses on cultivating flexible, family-focused services based on the High Fidelity Wrap Around model to keep youth in their homes, communities, and schools. The supervisor is responsible for staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and ensuring quality treatment planning and documentation.
