OIDD Support Coordinator

The Support Coordinator manages a caseload of participants with intellectual and developmental disabilities, planning and monitoring their in-home and community-based services to help them remain in their desired settings. This hybrid role requires agility in addressing changing participant needs and responding to emergencies, with full-time office attendance required for the first 90 days. The position involves conducting regular visits, coordinating with providers, and ensuring compliance with mandated reporting requirements.
