OKPOP Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative and operational support for OKPOP, ensuring the museum operates efficiently while supporting exhibitions, events, and internal projects. This role serves as a central point of coordination for administrative processes, purchasing documentation, scheduling, and project support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-service focused, working closely with the Executive Director and Museum Operations Manager.
