Older Youth Case Manager

The Older Youth Case Manager supports youth during adolescence to facilitate a successful transition to adulthood and independence within the Department of Child Services. This role involves coordinating independent living services, conducting assessments, and managing a specialized caseload to ensure youth receive necessary support and resources. The position is based in the Indianapolis, Indiana, East DCS office and serves Marion County and other Central Indiana areas.
