The O&M Manager oversees operation and maintenance for the company's photovoltaic (PV) portfolio across Central and Eastern Europe (e.g., Hungary, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Serbia, Czech Republic). The role is accountable for maximizing plant production and billing to meet or exceed business plans, minimizing downtime, and ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance across the portfolio. The position requires coordination with corporate teams, clients and local stakeholders and regular travel within the region.
