O&M Shift Leader x2

Shift Leader at Earls Gate Energy Centre in Grangemouth, Falkirk. Supervise and coordinate shift personnel and plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant performance. Promote and maintain a strong HSE culture through safety meetings, audits, inspections, housekeeping standards, and compliance monitoring. Ensure all operators are adequately trained, competent, and compliant with normal and emergency operating procedures. Maintain accurate operational records, shift logs, system checks, maintenance requests, and event-based reporting. Support plant reliability by identifying operational issues, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring equipment remains in good working condition.
