About this role
The Associate Director for the Office of Multicultural Arts Initiatives (OMAI) at UW–Madison leads and oversees programs that promote undergraduate student success and retention, including administration of the First Wave scholarship. The role supports curriculum development for multicultural arts initiatives, cultivates campus and external partnerships, and represents the unit in broader advising and recruitment efforts. This is a full-time, on-site academic staff position within the Division for Teaching and Learning.
