About this role
The Ombudsman is MTM’s designated member advocate responsible for investigating member issues and working toward resolution within an assigned region per client requirements and company policies. The role partners with advocacy groups, local and state ombudsmen, providers, and stakeholders to support members whose issues may exceed contract requirements. This position must be based in Texas and requires travel within the state.
