The position offers a 7 on / 7 off overnight schedule to support a meaningful work-life balance.
St. Croix Hospice is a patient-centered hospice care provider serving communities across the Midwest, including Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. The organization offers expert end-of-life care services including dedicated patient and family support, bereavement care for up to 13 months, and specialty programs such as dementia care, fall prevention, and wound care. Local care teams are available 24/7 and provide in-home hospice services tailored to the unique needs of each patient and their family.
