About this role
The On-call Trauma Social Worker provides as-needed crisis response and support for trauma patients and their families at ThedaCare Regional Medical Centers and Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin Fox Valley. The role conducts psycho-social assessments and develops culturally sensitive support plans. The position collaborates with interdisciplinary and community resources to coordinate care and ongoing support.

Qualifications
