On Premise Recruiter

The On Premise Recruiter will develop creative recruiting resources and networking activities to attract qualified employees for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement roles, conduct contractor screening, and manage documentation and reporting using Aerotek’s systems. The role also involves attending career fairs, cold calling schools and organizations, and utilizing company resources for conflict resolution.
