On-Site Specialist

The On-Site Specialist supports the success and improvement of a client's On-Site program by guiding associate activities, ensuring job performance goals are met, and fostering strong relationships with both temporary associates and client management. This role involves coaching, counseling, and addressing associate concerns while maintaining regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly. The specialist also conducts new hire orientations, monitors turnover, and implements strategies to reduce it, all while promoting the company's mission and values.
