On-Site Venue Manager

Serve as the day-of onsite venue manager for corporate and social rental events at Wolf Trap Foundation facilities and provide support for Wolf Trap-sponsored events throughout the summer season. Act as the primary on-site contact for vendors and clients while supervising event activities and ensuring compliance with policies. Manage facility needs, maintain relationships with vendors and internal teams, and handle venue opening, closing, and security procedures.
