Onboarding and Training Specialist

This role focuses on creating a welcoming environment and facilitating a great onboarding and training experience for new members at the Johnsonville facility. The specialist serves as the primary point of contact for training, ensuring new hires acquire fundamental knowledge and skills to work safely and efficiently on the production floor. The position involves collaborating with team leaders and coaches to reinforce critical procedures, maintain company culture, and continuously improve training processes.
