Onboarding Associate

The Onboarding Associate delivers an exceptional pre-boarding and onboarding experience for new hires and boomerang candidates joining the firm. The role involves cultivating strong working relationships with new hires, recruiters, and internal stakeholders to acclimate employees to the company's culture, values, and processes. This position supports the onboarding lifecycle through tasks such as background check adjudication, I-9 verification, and facilitating New Hire Orientation.
