Onboarding Billing Consultant

The Onboarding Billing Consultant leads new CollaborateMD customers through the full onboarding journey, establishing effective billing and revenue cycle workflows in the practice management and medical billing platform. This role combines end-to-end implementation project ownership with hands-on medical billing expertise to help customers translate their current operations into accurate, scalable workflows. The consultant serves as the primary point of contact, managing the project plan, dependencies, and coordination with various internal teams to ensure successful go-live and transition to Customer Success.
