An Onboarding Coach at Cloudbeds supports new hotel and property customers in adopting and gaining confidence with the Cloudbeds platform. The role is part of the Customer Onboarding Team, is fully remote (Indonesia) with set GMT+7 working hours, and contributes to Cloudbeds’ mission of transforming hospitality through its unified PMS and AI-enabled solutions.
