Onboarding Coordinator

The Onboarding Coordinator manages the pre-employment and onboarding process from accepted offer through the employee's first day, ensuring all screenings, compliance requirements, and documentation are completed accurately and on time. This role serves as the primary point of contact for candidates and coordinates with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition, and HR to ensure new hires are fully prepared and cleared to start. The position also supports rehire processing and contributes to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes.
