Onboarding Operator

As an Onboarding Operator at Planet, you will manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding process across multiple IT platforms and internal departments to ensure timely and seamless setup experiences. This role serves as a key point of contact combining customer service with cross-functional collaboration to resolve queries, maintain data integrity, and drive improvements in merchant support. You will interact with various stakeholders to route tickets, validate scripts for mass account changes, and ensure accurate configuration and billing models for retail and hospitality customers.
