The Onboarding Specialist, Operations & Compliance anchors the operational and compliance foundation of Woodcraft Rangers’ onboarding process, managing pre-employment clearances, compliance documentation, payroll setup, and onboarding logistics. This role ensures every new hire is brought in compliantly and maintains accurate employee records throughout the employee lifecycle. The position supports site transitions, data changes, and peak season orientation facilitation while reporting to the Associate Director of People Experience.
