Onboarding Specialist

The Onboarding Specialist manages the end-to-end implementation of Institutional Client mandates, including Segregated portfolios and lifecycle events, while serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding timeline. This role requires strong project management expertise, operational knowledge, and exceptional client service skills to drive business growth and ensure an outstanding client experience. The specialist collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to scope, manage, and deliver onboarding initiatives within agreed timeframes.
