About this role

The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for the successful onboarding, configuration, and activation of merchants utilizing payment solutions. The role serves as the primary operational contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring customer requirements are accurately captured, configured, tested, and delivered in accordance with agreed service levels and quality standards. The position requires close collaboration with Commercial, Technical Support, Product, Integrations, Compliance, Risk, and Relationship Management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely go-live of payment acceptance solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end merchant onboarding and payment gateway configuration projects
Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely go-live and customer satisfaction
Investigate onboarding issues and perform root cause analysis for recurring implementation defects
