Onboarding Specialist

The Onboarding Specialist supports the critical processes that bring candidates from offer acceptance through their first day, including background screening, validation of qualifications, new-hire documentation, and data integrity. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and excited to grow their expertise while contributing to process improvements, technology initiatives, analytics, and projects. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of one year of relevant professional experience requiring independent judgment and decision-making. Proficiency with HRIS and/or ATS systems and Microsoft Office are required. Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills are essential. Prior experience with I-9 and E-Verify processes is a plus.
