Onboarding Specialist

The Onboarding Specialist supports the end-to-day execution of the onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring timely communication, clear instructions, and accurate follow-up from pre-employment through Day 1 activation. This role partners with internal stakeholders to keep onboarding tasks, documentation, and readiness activities organized, compliant, and on track. The position serves as a primary contact for new hires and hiring managers, addressing onboarding-related questions and providing clear next steps.
