The Oncology Clinical Coordinator Manager leads and oversees the oncology department’s patient referral and intake functions, ensuring timely, accurate, and compassionate coordination for patients and families. This role manages and mentors the Clinical Coordinator team, develops and sustains streamlined referral and intake processes, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. The manager also serves as a Clinical Coordinator as needed to handle high-demand periods or staff absences.
