Ongoing Service Review Consultant

Aegon is hiring an On-Going Service Review Consultant (permanent, part-time) to contact existing investment members who pay an On-Going Advice charge, update them on their investments and Annual Customer Reports, and review their current circumstances. The role is based in Farnborough and operates on a hybrid model with a minimum 40% in-office attendance. The consultant will provide a first-class customer experience via telephone and identify when members should be escalated to a Financial Planning Manager.
