Onsite Administrative Assistant

The Onsite Administrative Assistant provides administrative, operational, and customer service support to the Community Manager, Board of Directors, staff, residents, committees, and vendors at the Del Webb Sweetgrass community. The role involves managing day-to-day office operations, facilitating communications, maintaining records, coordinating meetings and projects, and ensuring exceptional service for residents. This position serves as a key member of the management team, handling correspondence, work orders, vendor coordination, and resident relations.
