Onsite Maintenance Mechanic

The Onsite Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for repairing and performing scheduled maintenance on community-owned vehicles, diesel engines, small engines, and heavy equipment. When mechanic work is not required, the role supports routine maintenance of community roads, easements, and common areas, including groundskeeping, landscaping, and general repairs. This position ensures the community's common areas remain clean, safe, and well-maintained through various upkeep tasks.
