Onsite Maintenance Technician

The Onsite Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general upkeep, maintenance, cleanliness, and repair of assigned properties, buildings, common areas, and facilities. This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks such as janitorial services, light plumbing, electrical repairs, carpentry, and painting to ensure properties remain safe and well-maintained. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while responding to maintenance requests and assisting with preventative maintenance programs.
