Onsite Manager (Part-Time)

The part-time Onsite Manager lives at the property and serves as the on-site representative reporting to the Property Manager, supporting the building owner and residents. This role acts as the primary first responder for emergencies, facilitates resident communications and leasing/inspection coordination, and helps ensure the property meets operational and compliance expectations. The position requires independent work and strong customer service while committing approximately 20 hours per week.
