About this role
The OnSite Specialist provides field-based clinical and technical support for minimally invasive surgical procedures, managing Stryker and third-party equipment in the operating room. The role also handles sterile processing, endoscope reprocessing, case cart staging, and acts as a liaison between OR, SPD, and hospital leadership. This position requires on-call and occasional travel coverage to maintain equipment readiness and service continuity at customer accounts.
