About this role
The OnSite Specialist is a field-based clinical role supporting minimally invasive surgical procedures by ensuring optimal performance and management of Stryker and third-party equipment before, during, and after operations. The role also coordinates with Sterile Processing, OR staff, and service lines to maintain surgical readiness, equipment reprocessing, and account compliance. It requires travel to customer accounts and flexible shift/on-call coverage.
