The Arc of Madison County
The Onsite Support Personnel provides individualized training, support, and supervision to individuals with developmental disabilities in both integrated and competitive work settings. They coordinate with coordinators, employers, families, and staff to develop job skills, conduct assessments, and ensure successful employment outcomes, while also handling transportation and ancillary duties as needed.
The Arc is a nonprofit organization that promotes and protects the human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). It provides advocacy, community-based supports and services—such as housing, employment assistance, community inclusion programs, and family resources—to help people with IDD live full, self-determined lives.
