Ontario Structured Psychotherapy Program

This role involves performing triage and clinical assessments for the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy Program, including screening referrals and determining patient eligibility. The position requires providing evidence-based, short-term Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and related approaches to adults experiencing mild to moderate depression, anxiety, and related conditions. The role includes delivering individual and group psychotherapy services both virtually and in-person, while maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating with the program's network of organizations.
