O&O Full Time Team Lead

The Team Lead is a hands-on, early-leadership role at Sky Zone that involves rotating through key operational areas such as Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. This position requires dependable, driven individuals ready to step up, providing on-the-floor leadership, coaching team members, and ensuring operational excellence and safety compliance. The role also includes acting as Manager on Duty when senior leaders are not present, driving guest experiences, and supporting park operations.
