O&O Park Team Lead

Team Lead at Sky Zone is an early-leadership, hands-on role that rotates through core park operations including Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. The role supports shift management, steps in as Manager on Duty when senior leaders are absent, and develops leadership skills to run shifts and coach team members. This position focuses on delivering excellent guest experiences while enforcing safety and operational standards.
