OOH Administrative Assistant (Contract)

The OOH Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the National Account, state-managed, and field sales teams across Out-of-Home channels, including Corporate and Independent P&C, Horeca, and other OOH segments. This fixed-term contract role involves coordinating freezer and asset movements, maintaining accurate records, managing vendor and contractor logistics, and supporting office operations and travel arrangements. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
