O&P Tech Lead

This role leads a team of Orthotics and Prosthetics Technicians in the fabrication and repair of medical devices under the direction of management. The position serves as a technical resource for staff, overseeing the entire production workflow from mold pouring to final assembly while ensuring quality control and timely project completion. Additionally, the role involves managing inventory, maintaining equipment, and providing patient education on device usage and care.
