Operating Director, Value Creation

The Operating Director, Value Creation works alongside the Bloom operations team and portfolio company executives to plan and execute M&A integrations, capture cost and revenue synergies, and deliver value creation initiatives from close through exit. This generalist operating role provides exposure to every functional area of a portfolio company, including finance, go-to-market, HR, technology, and legal entity structure, often across multiple countries. The role involves leading integration management offices, building synergy models, and translating investment theses into actionable value creation plans.
