About this role
An Operating Engineer at JLL performs on-site operation, inspection and maintenance of mechanical, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems for commercial properties. This is a Local 94 union role based in New York with a Tuesday–Saturday night schedule (11pm–7am) and an on-call rotation. The position supports property engineering and operational functions within JLL’s real estate services.
